Great African grocery store in a very accessible location. We found all the authentic Ghanaian foods we need and it is the African grocery store of choice for us. Their prices are comparable to other culture grocery stores. It's never over crowded and the checkout lines move very fast.

One of Brampton top places to buy African and Caribbean foods. I love their Ghana bread. I love the awesome made in the UK products I enjoyed growing up in the UK. They have Lucozade, local dried fish, Cerelac, red plantain, Milo, Ideal milk, Alata soap, Shea butter etc. It's very popular with long queues ... but it really moves very fast. Their staff are also respectful
